Roberto Inocencio

JR joined the Institute in November 2018 as a Data Entry Associate and assumed the Data and Tech Support Associate role in March 2021. JR was promoted to Data and Tech Support Coordinator in July 2022. He enjoys supporting the Institute’s initiatives to increase educational access for individuals impacted by the criminal legal system. JR supports our direct service teams with transitioning their data to Salesforce and collecting program data for staff. Additionally, he works with each department to organize and clean data, track and report software problems, and assist in testing page layouts in Salesforce. JR has an A.A.S. in Computer Science from LaGuardia Community College and is pursuing a B.S. in Computer Systems Technology at New York City College of Technology.
