Katheryne Ralph

Katheryne joined the Institute in April 2019 as the Director of Human Resources. Kathy brings more than ten years of Human Resource experience in various work environments, including start-ups, for-profits, non-profits, and government. Her first managerial role was for The Fortune Society, and she later worked at the Jewish Board of Children and Family Services, AMC Health, and, most recently, NADAP. She graduated from Adelphi University and received her certification in Human Resources from New York University.
