Ben Harker

Ben Harker joined the Institute as the Manager of Data & Information Systems in March 2023, where his responsibilities include managing all student data via Salesforce, assembling grant reports for funders, using data to evaluate program effectiveness, and more. He has worked in reentry for over four years, with the bulk of his experience being in program management and administration. Prior to joining the Institute, Ben was the Reentry Services Manager at Getting Out & Staying Out (GOSO), where he worked directly with program participants both in correctional facilities and in the community to provide them with various reentry services and legal advocacy. Ben holds an MPA with a concentration in Urban Sustainability & Development from Baruch College’s Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs, as well as a B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from Middlebury College in Vermont.
